Quality & compliance

Quality is the product.

With chemicals, the paperwork is part of what you're buying. An expired sealant or a lot with no CoC is scrap. These are the controls that prevent it.

Source verification

We buy from manufacturers and their authorised distributors. Every supplier is assessed and kept on an approved list.

Batch traceability

Every lot is linked to its manufacturer CoC, batch number and our receiving record, from receipt to dispatch.

Shelf-life management

Manufacture and expiry dates are logged on receipt. Stock rotates FEFO, and remaining life is stated on quotes.

Dangerous goods

Classification, packing, marking and declarations follow IATA DGR and are handled by trained staff.

Suspect-part prevention

Unclear trace, altered labels or a mismatched CoC means quarantine and supplier escalation. We don't ship it.

Export & sanctions

Customers and destinations are screened against applicable sanctions and export-control lists before we ship.

Certifications & registrations
