Privacy notice

Purvi Aerospace LLC (“we”) collects only the information you send us, such as your name, company, email, phone and the details of your request, so we can answer quotes and supply orders. This notice is written to reflect the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

Contact and company details you give us, the content of RFQs and correspondence, and basic technical logs (e.g. IP address) kept by our hosting provider for security.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, meet legal, tax, export-control and sanctions-screening duties, and keep business records.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (email delivery, hosting, logistics carriers) or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Your basket

Your RFQ basket is stored in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us until you submit the form.

Retention & rights

We keep records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for statutory periods. You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to info@purviaero.com.
